Reliable third-party Huawei repair
Reliable third-party Huawei repair
Besides the official Huawei service centre, customers can also opt for third-party repairs. One main reason to opt for third party repair is the cheaper repair pricing as well as faster turn-around time.
However, it is important to choose a trustworthy third-party repairer such as – Mister Mobile.
We are not only highly recommended on Google and Facebook for the service we provide, and we are one of the ONLY TWO third-party repair shops to attain CaseTrust Accreditation.
The parts we used during repairs are graded as “GRADE A” or “GRADE B”. Grade A parts are parts that are as good as the originals in terms of quality, whereas Grade B is of lower quality.
We provide services to most Huawei common repairs such as screen/LCD replacement, battery replacement, just to name a few.
We refrain from grading our parts as “ORIGINAL” due to copyright issues. Only official Huawei service centre are allowed to call their parts “ORIGINAL”.

Common Huawei repairs in Singapore
1. Screen/LCD Replacement
Screen replacements and LCD replacements are the most common repairs we face. In fact, customers often get confused between screen replacement and LCD replacement.
Although the terms sound similar, both the screen and LCD are in fact two separate components. See below:
Screen replacement for devices with a cracked glass, which refers to the outer layer ONLY. This means there are obvious cracks on the screen, BUT there are no black spots, abnormal lines, blacked-out display, or insensitive touch on the internal display.
In case of a screen replacement, ONLY the outer layer of the glass will be extracted and replaced with a new glass. Screen replacements are usually cheaper than LCD replacements.
If there are abnormalities on the display ( black dots, discoloured lines, or touch insensitivity ), you will have to opt for an LCD replacement instead. LCD replacement will replace both the display and the outer glass, which is why it is usually more expensive.
2. Battery Replacement
A phone’s battery is constantly deteriorating during our daily use. In fact, some simple indications of a bad battery include faster draining, heating even on idle state, battery bloating, and reduced battery health.
It is normal for a battery to deteriorate over time, but if your phone heats up constantly and you notice a bump on the back of your phone (a symptom of a bloated battery), quickly book an appointment with us and get it replaced ASAP.
3. Water Damage Repair
Mobile phones nowadays often come with a water-resistant rating, but that doesn’t mean it is immune to water damage. So much so that mobile phone companies in fact don’t provide any warranty for water-damaged devices, even though their products are labelled as IP68.
Among other Huawei common repairs, water damages are the most elusive and may stack up repair costs unknowingly.
Water-resistant devices mean you are safe from light splashes and minor dips. However, if your device is splashed or dipped into seawater or saltwater, you could be in bigger trouble than you think.
For instance, seawater will cause corrosion faster and more aggressively which will damage the phone severely. As a result, it might come to a point where a repair is impossible, or the phone is beyond economical cost to repair.
Huawei customer service center will check your device for water damage when you send the device in for a warranty.
4. Charging Port Replacement
Damages on the charging port are fairly common because we use them every day to charge our devices.
Some indications include slower charging, unable to charge even with a working charging cable and charging brick, or you can only charge your device at a certain angle when plugged in.
Depending on phone models, charging port replacements are usually very simple to process.
Mister Mobile service centre across Singapore can usually replace a new charging port within 45 minutes – 60 minutes, depending on phone models.
