1. “HELP! I just cracked my iPhone screen! Do I need to replace ONLY the screen or also the LCD display as well?”
It all boils down to the impact on your phone when you drop it, and, frankly, your luck. When you find yourself with a cracked iPhone screen, there are 2 possibilities:

There are cracks on the exterior layer of your iPhone screen. You only need to replace the glass (also commonly referred to as the “screen” or “digitizer”).iPhone glass replacement is possible only if your LCD display is working perfectly, and it is 100% touch-sensitive. The repair cost for iPhone glass replacement is much cheaper compared to replacing a full LCD assembly (we will be talking about this later).

Second, it becomes more costly when you damage the interior of your LCD.
