- For repair function-testing purposes, I may request your password or device unlock, solely for accessing the dialer, camera, and settings. We do not access sensitive apps or private information. - While providing passcodes is optional, incomplete function-testing may result in delays and a limited warranty for replaced parts. Rest assured, all contact information shared with me is safeguarded, accessible only to authorized personnel, and never shared with unauthorized entities.
- For phone trade-ins under the Secondhand Dealers Good Act by the Singapore Police Force, I collect data via NRIC.

I will NOT access any of your apps that contain sensitive or private information such as messages, WhatsApp, Contact book, Photo Gallery, video etc. I will only access apps such as the dialer, camera, and settings. I may also insert my SIM card to test the calling function of the device.
- Any employee found to breach such protocol is considered to have contravened with the PDPA act and will be dealt with severely.
- If you are uncomfortable with providing your password, please inform my team before the repair.
- While I do not compel my customers to divulge their passcodes, incomplete function-testing may result in consequences such as delayed repair time, and a limited warranty for the replaced part only.
