Should I get Grade A or Grade B Samsung screen?

This product is for Samsung Front Glass Replacement. Screen replacement is required if your smartphone cracked ONLY on the front glass. If the display is discolored, has lines appearing on display and/or has reddish or blackish dots appearing, you will need to get the LCD replacement instead.   • The device has a noticeable cracked screen or digitizer. We can do a free check-up for you if you are unsure. You can also refer to our blog post.
  • The device’s screen is functional as in the touch responsiveness is still functioning despite the broken screen.
  • If there are lines and/or marks on the display of the screen, you may need an LCD repair or replacement instead. Do note that LCD and screen fixation are of day and night difference. Hence, it is important to know which to get on the menu to avoid spending unnecessarily. If you are unsure, do come to us for a free check-up.

Do you provide delivery services?

Yes. We provide delivery services with charges for $15 SGD. Our usual delivery timing is between 1 pm to 6 pm daily. Do note that we do not provide delivery for repairs and oversea shipping services

Does the repairs have a warranty?

Yes! Below are our warranty policy:

  • How long is the repair warranty? There will be a 30 days warranty for all repair services.
  • There is no warranty for camera removal services or installation services where the parts are from your own source
  • Please sign off and ensure your repair details are successfully registered into our system after the repair.
  • For water damaged units, our warranty applies to the replaced parts only.
  • Warranty does not cover cosmetic defects, water damages, cracked screens, and human errors.
