Understanding My Different Device Grades

When shopping for new and used devices, knowing your options is essential. At Mister Mobile, I offer four device grades—New, Pristine, Mint, and Satisfactory—to help you find the perfect fit for your needs and budget.

New

New devices are unused and come in original packaging, all accessories and the battery’s capacity is 100%.

Pristine

Pristine devices have no scratches on the screen and appear as if they are brand new. They show minimal signs of wear that are undetectable from a distance. The battery’s maximum capacity is maintained at 90% or higher, ensuring reliable performance.

Mint

Mint devices may have minimal scratches that are barely noticeable when the screen is on. The exterior may show slight wear, such as paint peeling or small dents, but these imperfections are only visible from a distance. The battery’s maximum capacity is also at least 90%, like Pristine devices.

Satisfactory

Upon close inspection, satisfactory devices feature visible scratches on the screen and may show noticeable wear on the exterior, including dents or deeper chips. However, these devices are still functional and have a battery capacity of at least 85%.
